Cannot progress past step 9/10 of the Skater Eyes Tour.

I was enjoying my time playing the game so far, however I've reached a point where I cannot progress any further in missions once I reached step 9/10 of the Skater Eyes tour. the mission itself says to activate or use a fast travel point, to which I have activated ALL of the available fast travel points and have used them frequently. The objective is crossed off as if I have completed it. But nothing is happening as far was what I should do next. Ive tried reinstalling the game, and restarting the game/console, as well as a work around someone told me about but nothing has worked.
