Cannot start mission

Ive been stuck for days. Im on the tutorial mission, Tour 1: Skater Eyes, Step 4, Head to Tri Towers. I go into the blue circle and cannot start the mission. Ive tried restarting, teleporting away, nothing works. Id really love to like, play the game like everybody else.
