Cant access playtest forums despite being invited

So everyone keeps mentioning that we need to use the official playtest forums for Skate. But I literally didn't have an invite to that forum in my email with the code inviting me to the playtest and ...

I am logged in with the same email that received the invite to the playtest, so I don't know why that would be causing any issues. I cant get help from the EA help bot thing either, I dont know what else to do. The only thing I can possibly think of is my psn email is a different email than my EA one, but I have my psn linked to my ea account, so that shouldn't make a difference.
