Cant access playtest forums despite being invited

So everyone keeps mentioning that we need to use the official playtest forums for Skate. But I literally didn't have an invite to that forum in my email with the code inviting me to the playtest and ...

Hey everyone, 

If you can't see the Insider Playtest boards, it's very likely that you're logged in with a different EA account in the forums. Please make sure to login with the same email where you received the invite to the playtest.

hey I AHVE a question i need help with please i got into the playtest all info was correct but it says invalid code on my ps5 due to region issue when I made sure to have it be correct and I can’t access the playtest I haven’t had any luck finding someone to talk to
