Can't access the game

As per title, for some reason when I try to start the game I just get a white windowed screen with the skate cursor on it, however nothing loads up. 

If i try to close it with the regular cursor nothing happens and I have to force it closed via the task manager.

I recently got my profile hacked but managed to recover it, I also reinstalled windows from scratch as a safety precaution.

Please let me know if there is a way to fix it!
