I'm using the link from the email, but when i go on to the playtest forum, i see it for a split second before i get a blank white screen
so far I have tried:
Different browser
Using a VPN (and without VPN)
Restarting my pc
Disabling adblockers
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this?

It seems the end of the link from the email make it bug, try this one Instead: Category: skate. Insider Playtest | EA Forums
remove the end part of the url (the ? and after), that fixed it for me

My email link and every other playtest forum link ive found here keep giving me the access denied or forum doesn't exist. I've been staring at error code 480232561 for 18 hours with no clue on what's wrong. Am I supposed to post here to find out? Why did I get a game download code but am denied access to the playtest forum?

Literally just said that every link here ( including yours) for the playtest forum gives me an access denied or forum doesn't exist notification. I can't access the playtest forum for some reason. Even though I recieved the game download code yesterday for ps5 and have been staring at error code 480232561 for 18 hours.
Henalexandre can you not mark as solved. There's a lot of people who can't access the link in the email or any of the links provided. It just pops up as access denied or doesn't exist.
And I've verified my EA account has the same email as the one I used to sign up for playtesting and received the email with.

me too, i’ve been able to download the game however cannot access it. EA need to do better
