Stuck in a glitch skate game preview

I have just started playing Skate (Game Preview) I have two different accounts and both are stuck in a pause map glitch at the extra store on the second mission. I have deleted cache I have done a full reset on the box console, I have deleted the game and re installed it, I cleared the MAC address. Idk what else to do I literally and stuck
