Caveman from height

Idk exactly how to word it but it would be cool if we could get get back on the board after a spread eagle from a huge height. I know it’s possible on half pipes and such but if the “fall damage” was reset after we get on the board again, we could land on flat ground from a huge height without bailing as soon as the board hits the ground. It just feels anticlimactic flying for miles then getting back on the board before you hit the ground just to stop in your tracks and break your legs
