Community parks
Been skating around the community parks a lot. Anyone have any more info on them? Are they created by community players etc if so how do you do this? Just anything anyone can share one these areas that seem to refresh every 24 hours.

This is what I want to know too. In the first playtest, community parks were actually built by players and it was simple. I don't understand it at all this time around
