Compromised account.
I didn’t really know where to go to make this. Anyways I have an ea account that was hacked and banned for a takeover. I’m only able to access through my PlayStation login as my email and stuff was changed. I’m unable to play any ea titles on my PlayStation because of it. Can’t unlink it.
if anyone can help me out I’d appreciate it.

Since you can still access it through your PlayStation login, I’d recommend avoiding any unlinking for now. Your game progress and content may still be tied to that original EA Account.
The first step is to recover and secure the account with EA Support, as the email and other account details were changed without your permission:

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
Scroll to the bottom of the guide and select Contact us. When contacting support, explain that the account was taken over, its email was changed, and you can currently access it only through PlayStation. If the affected account prevents you from creating a case, you can contact our support team as a guest and provide the details of the compromised account.
Unfortunately, we can’t recover the account, unlink the PlayStation account, or review the ban from the forums.
