Push to talk idea (controller) and how to do it
Hi I was thinking skate should implement push to talk which can toggle on and off your mic with a controller by tapping the left Dpad as i personally don’t see a point in having that a social button when it’s in the pause menu, I’m not sure if I’m the only one but I also forget the social is even on the Dpad, and by having that as a text by holding and a tap to toggle on/off for push to talk would be much nicer since voice chat is in the game now. What could also be nice if you had an option to switch the text and push to talk actions in settings, so it’ll be hold to talk and once you let go you’re back to muted, and tap for text, the option would always be nice to have. This makes sense to me as the left Dpad would then be the communication button, I feel social is wasted on the Dpad.
EA ADD SKATE TO SWITCH 2 AND MY LIFE IS YOURS!
skate is one of the most satisfying games i’ve played in a while. having it on a portable console like the switch 2 would be amazing and i’m sure it would run smoothly. the only concern is the fact that it’s online-only, so it would not be available if you don’t have wifi, like on a plane. either way, i would still kill to see this title come to switch.
What’s with the clothes
Can we get some normal straight legged pants in the game maybe some actual cool shirts. Everything is baggy or capris. I’m tired of wearing shorts. Also why is there so much girl clothes. Where’s all the guy clothes at. All the clothes they’ve put out are completely wack! Put skate clothes on there. If they could add a college or school to skate as well. That’d be dope!
In game chat
Hi I’m just wondering if it could be possible to get a chat for people that are not in your party so we could ask people in the same lobby as us if they would like to do challenges, skate spots, I’ve made a few friends on the game along the way from the start of the game and sometimes either me or they don’t want to use mic so it’s harder to communicate, I know we have the little chat circle but that’s only for a couple of things we can’t say what we want to say to them also would be a great addition to the game as there is a lot of people in one game it would also stop people spam inviting people as they could ask in chat if people are down to join there would be a lot of potential in having the chat also being able to set it to party/world would be great so you could just chat to your team so it doesn’t annoy other people just chilling and don’t want to see other people’s chat
Add mire custom options for the character
No tatoos, no piercings, no colorful hair (just white, brown, blonde and red hair) , basic ahh clothes, no jewellery, no sick colorful neons outside eelside tunnel, no day-night cycle, no weather cycle, no snow anywhere in the map for winter, but we have poorly designed skateparks (looks like an AI made them) and a laggy physic engine who makes some challenges nearly impossible without trying for 3 hours straight (we can't change grind assist or any setting without giving up challenge and start over) , all that for 100 ticks. Please, make skate, a good skate game.
