Cosmetic items

Sooo I logged into the pre-alpha since the playtest is over and none of my cosmetics I spent actual money on is in my inventory, it’s a completely new save apparently and everything is gone , how do we fix this or does it just fix when the game comes out? Idc about the progression but the items I spent actual money on I do
