Did not found...

Hey Guys,... I got the email with the code yesterday for ps5. After fill in the code the system told me cannot find it. I tried to give in the code again but it told me the code is used... 😢😭. Anyone can help..?

    On Xbox, I put in my code but it didnt start an auto download. Had to go to my owned games to install

    Mine actually found it, but then when I pressed download it didn’t, and then it told me my code had been used 😭
