Own the Spot locations

I have the same issue with this spot... Unless we're missing something crucial. Highest score that I got was 728.

Edit: it is possible I got it after several hours. The trick is to drive slow an do a flip trick on the pad. U have to land in a Manuel and do some more flip tricks and when u jump on the next pad, do a grab and land it perfectly.
