DirectX Error

So I got the playtesting signup, and tried to access it on my ps5, and it told me that it wasn't available, so I have to use my laptop, which is not for gaming btw. i completed the intro course, and dropped into San Van, well as soon as i dropped in i got this error (pictured) code and kicked from the game. So 1: how do i fix the direct x error. 2: will i ever be able to access the playtest on my ps5
