Error Code 480232561
I’m unable to play the game I keep getting an error code 480232561 and the website provided doesn’t even exist. I need help it’s been 3 hours now.

I got my code and successfully entered and redeemed it but the game doesn’t show up in my library or que

Restart, still no luck. I don't even really understand why the game needs to be connected to a server. I really am just interested in solo freeskate. I'll try again tomorrow I guess.Edit: figured it out. Turns out I had two separate ea accounts. This one attached to my playtesting profile and a different one attached to my psn account. Unfortunately that account was attached to a dead email that I hadn’t used in 15 years but after some time with customer service I managed to get access, unlink my psn from the old account and link it to my current playtest account. Problem solved.
go to games and apps>full library>sort by date acquired> look for the EA Title box it should be there to download. found that from another post and it worked for me
Hol uuuup it shows up in my library through the XBOX app though just not on my console
But it won’t let me install to console
