Discord unban
Hello there,
Last week, I received a private message on Discord from EA Moderator, announcing I've got permanently deleted from the Skate. Discord.
The message was the following:
It looks like your behavior in our Official Discord has broken the rules in our Positive Play Charter.
We're permanently removing you from the Discord server due to Hateful Conduct.
Violation Context:

Not being much active on the server, which I used mostly to check on the game's updates or to report bugs, I wondered what happened, as the link attached to the Violation Context doesn't seem to work.
But I think I understood what happened and it seems there was some misunderstanding. Ten days ago, I saw some player dropping objects voluntarily in the shape of a swastika. Of course, it could have been the peaceful Hindi symbol but from a European perspective, it was most likely a troll placing N*zi symbols.
I screenshot the objects and his nickname as well but could not find him in the other players lists, it seems he left in the meantime.
On Discord, I shared the screenshot asking "EA, how do you report N*zis?". I guess the use of the "N*zis" triggered some automated moderation (note: I did not censor the word in my original message), which was a genuine question as I did not see any way to report directly from the objects interaction. It was probably stupid, but I thought it was the quickest way to get an answer.
Note that I tried to reach the Customer Care and had trouble getting any answer, before someone from the EA team finally advised me to reach the Forums.
Thanks for your understanding,
Maltchick
