What has happened is that I have tryed to contact support for a Xbox code but they are not responding is there anyone with a spare Xbox code?

ive tried reaching out to them aswell for a ps5 code, but i am met with silence for over 12 days at this point, you'd think a support team would answer support emails...... 🤦♀️
I need an Xbox code too this is so frustrating
