DS5 NOT WORKING NEED FIX!

I really wanna play this game and I'm unable to connect my DS5 controller. I have it WIRED why is it not working?? On every other game I never have an issue. What is going on? In the email it says DS5 is compatible with this PT and I haven't been able to play at all! I really hope you guys can resolve this issue somehow because I assure you it is NOT working on our pcs.. Other have "found a fix" and GATEKEEPED it. I just wanna play your game so please address this issue I beg of you and THANK YOU if anyone takes the time to find a fix for the community <3
