EA not very helpfull

What’s the point of this forum or EA Help when no one at EA cares enough to fix the issues? I’ve seen countless posts here from people reporting the same issue I’m experiencing with error code 480232561, and I see no sign of any solution or helpful response from EA employees. The only thing I’ve gotten are EA employees who misunderstand or send me useless links about completely unrelated problems.

After spending several days on this forum, I’ve noticed that this applies to many different issues people are experiencing. Why won’t anyone from EA help?

I’ve tried here, EA Help chat, and sent emails, but I haven’t received any help or response!
