Progression locked at 0 / 0

Last night my progression went back to 0 / 0, and Product Boxes I previously opened are locked as well as all unopened boxes. I'm on PC using steam, I restarted Skate and renamed the local skate folder, but the issue remains. I'm playing the latest update which I thought resolved this issue. Could you check my account progression or advise how to get it restored?
