Easier way to submit a report

Would it be possible to make it so that it is easier to provide a report? Such as using a key like F1 to start the report. This way the clip and data captured is most relevant to the issue being reported. On frequent occasion, it is not possible to open the pause menu and click on report. Having to wait makes the screenshot and data captured irrelevant to the on screen bug/glitch/report item.
