Error code '480232561' how do i fix?

This is a problem EA doesn't seem to care about. You'll have to wait till EA finally do their jobs and fix it.

Have been having the exact same issue since Thursday. Have contacted EA Support twice and am still waiting to hear.

I had the same problem, make sure you're ea account is linked to the same System/profile that redeemed the code you received. I hope that helped
