Error Code 480232561 PS5
Hi,
I've got the code for the playtest on March 12th and I couldn't get in the game at all. The error 480232561 keeps popping up after pressing "Start". I've spoken to 10 (?) EA Agents and all of them said that they cannot do anything about my situation. What I've tried so far:
- reinstalled the game multiple times
- checked my internet connection
- tried both wired and wireless connection
- cleared the PS5 cache
- rebuilt the database
- factory resetted the PS5
- checked multiple times that the correct PSN ID is linked to the correct EA account (opened an incognito window and logged in to my EA account using the Playstation button)
- checked that the EA account that is linked to my PSN ID is the same one as the one i've received the invitation code for the playtest
- unlinked and re-linked my PSN account
I'm honestly at a loss about what to try next. Any EA employee around here that can take a look at my case? I can provide any info necessary over e-mail/private message.
