Error Code: 480232561 Xbox

Hey guys,

i was accepted to the skate playtest and sent an email with a code in march. I missed the email and didn’t get to it until last week. When I downloaded the game and tried to load in, it keeps giving me this error code. I looked up solutions which basically said my Xbox account was not linked correctly but everything in my EA Playtesting and regular account is saying that it’s linked correctly. I tried unlinking my Xbox account and linking it again to my EA account but it still won’t let me load in. Any help would be great!

    Give it a try now. 

    You should also be able to access the private forums now.

    Hi there. Are you sure you're logging in with the same account that you signed up for the playtest with?

    Hello. Are you sure you're using the account that was invited to the playtest? If so, send me a screenshot of the email you received with the code in a private message. Thanks!

    The same exact thing happened to me, I was accepted as a playtester but didn't see the email until after the download link expired.

    Hello! I am having the same issue. I have been playing this updated version since March but haven’t played in 2 weeks. When I went back today to boot up the game, I got the same 480232561 error code. I know for certain that the proper account is linked to my Xbox because I’ve been play testing since December. Would really appreciate the help. Thanks!
