I was able to download the pre-alpha. I can get through the intro but when connecting, I’m met with this message. I have confirmed my email is attached to my Xbox live. Is this a common/known issue? Is there a solution?

I’m having the same issue with ps5 :(
Double checked to see that the right accounts is linked etc. and everything seems fine. Turned to EA support chat and they sent me here to make a post about it. So far 0 replies :,)
Hopefully it is just because the servers are overloaded and we will be able to get in later 🤞
