Error Code 480232561

It’s about to be a whole week since I’ve had this issue. My previous post got closed and the answer didn’t solve my issue. I understand there are people who did not properly link their EA account to the playtest. And those people have successfully (maybe not all) have now accessed the playtest. However, there are still a large number of users I see who have everything linked correctly. For example myself, I used my ea account that is linked to all of my other ea games on ps5 (madden, ufc..). I received the playtest code through the email that is linked to my psn id and all my other ea games. Yet I still get this error. How is it that the email and ea account that I received the code for is having connectivity issues? I did everything correctly yet I get this error and there are others with the same issue but no resolution. Some people have been saying they’ve been having this issue since the first round of playtest back in January/December. This is ridiculous. Please upvote if you’re having this exact same issue.
