error code 480232561

First time opening the game after installing it months ago and i know this has been posted a lot but ive tried everything, everything is linked properly and not one thing has fixed this. it says my online access is restricted. Ive had it installed for months, its updated fully and im on the account i sent the playtest code to. Im not banned on EA or anything either and my accounts are all linked properly is there anything i can do to actually fix this or do i just have to wait?
