Open the Services in windows search bar
Scroll down to E (letter category)
Right-click on the EA background service
Select Properties
Change the startup type from Disabled to Automatic
Click Apply
Click Start
Click OK
Close the Services applet
Restart ea app and launch. IT WORKS BB LETS GO

I was able to fix this issue on PC by simply repairing the game via the EA App
im sorry i dont have console it seems EA is droping the ball today. i spent two hours with my friend two figure this out:(
