Full Pull Tour “Spots and how to own them”

I am level 2 in hedgemont but the shop is not able to be interacted with at all. I am level 6 in gull crest and am able to progress there, and level 5 in market mile and able to progress there, only through the daily line challenges though. My issue is not being able to progress with the games story mission as after I do the 180 Ollie I get a black screen and have to restart and just skate around doing nothing
