Game breaking glitch

I am unable to play any of the missions from the mission tab. This is due to me needing to “complete Without the footy, It’s fiction” however that mission is no where to be seen. This makes the missions that are available locked and I’m unable to progress. Is there any fix? I’ve tried deleting the game and saved data and nothing has worked. Any help is appreciated
