Hardest Thing to do in Skate 4
Devs, I say this honestly and with a bit of frustration attached. The hardest thing to do in SKATE 4 is RUN STRAIGHT FORWARD. I have re-do so many lines just from the strange lack of deadzones in the left stick. Sometimes it feels like it's just going crazy left and right.
FISHING
please add fishing as well as other off board social activities. i promise you people will take a break from skating go do these activities then go back to skating . you guys tried with block parties but no one likes them . they are tedious and buggy. group goals not just a competition. Graffiti fishing apartments - being able to invite friends to your apartment. play old skate games in your apartment furnishing apartments movie theater - skaters can watch clips of other players skating being able to vote on the rotating parks playable card tables chess checkers being able to walk into businesses around the map and get and eat food fishing boats smoking would be cool , i know rated e for everyone would be an issue , but i don't care. kids are annoying in games anyway , they are probably all the griefers. races boat races fishing competitions fish for free cosmetics spend rip chips on fishing gear and boats to fish , bait, clothes ect , there is so much water in the game with docks and everything , please let us fish. Have i mentioned fishing yet? i would appreciate any sort of comment from EA on the subject as fishing was mentioned in season 5 but there was not any fishing. even its just and Ai bot saying " hey we hear you the future of skate is blah blah blah." it would make me feel like at least someone saw this post that possibly works at EA.
Spotlight Challenges
Where the hell are they??? I'd do them if I could find them.. I've tried all sorts of different challenges and randomly found one or two - why are they not clearly marked on the map? As a side note, can we stop including OTL challenges in objectives. I play solo so that means that I'll never complete the weekly, monthly or block challenges with them included. Leave them as a way to earn tix for those who play them, but please replace them in objectives and advancing in the game.Completed goals should reset
During any challenge when all the goals need to be completed in one attempt the checkmarks need to reset after each failed attempt. The checkmarks not resetting can be particularly annoying for newer players who maybe unsure if they doing the tricks correctly or not because if you do it once (maybe on accident) it's still check marked even though you failed so the next attempts the player has to assume they are doing all the tricks correctly with zero indication otherwise.
New Skate Area
I switched on the game for the first time in a while, excited to try the new Super Ultra Mega Resort (S.U.M.R.) area. I thought it would be a real throw back to the original Skate games. I fast travelled to the spawn spot, to only find a-n-o-t-h-e-r pay wall.... I guess I will try again in a few weeks. Shame. I mean, at least we were warned by EA prior to the game release that pay walls we going to feature heavily in the game :)Have the ability to turn off other skaters
Out in the open areas of San Van, it isn't really a problem. Inside the stadium, it is insufferable. Just trying to build a line on the halfpipe is impossible with objects getting dropped at the bottom of the halfpipe constantly. The game would really have a more traditional Skate game feel if you could turn off other players.Fishing
