EA FIX THE GAME
For the past few days I haven't been able to get into the game. I press x to continue and then it configures for minutes, then starts thr black loading screen for 5-10 minutes. I will then be prompted with the season 2 survey screen, continue then black screen. Why is this game even in the store if it isn't playable. Fix this garbage, I spent money on this trash and I can't even play it on top of there being a finite about of time to be able to unlock stuff for season 2. Literally one of the most unreliable, worthless, money hungry companies I've ever seen. Kept my mouth shut on the terrible knock off fortnite graphics, same with the lack of tricks, and randomly being thrown off my board, and the endless glitches in general. Fix it...
no one likes how the game looks.
the visual updates somehow have made the characters look like they all have a rash of some sorts. what we meant by "update" or "change" the visual style is make the game look real. like the others in the series. no one likes the fortnite/apex legends character design in a skate game. everyone looks the same. everyone is androgynous and kind of asian no matter the skin tone or faces chose. its odd as hell.Hangs on configuring
I had to start over the entire game on a new profile as the game hangs for ages on the black configuring screen. After a while a survey box comes up. I completed this. Then after the DPad is slightly visible but screen is blank. Tried resetting everything but still happens. is fine on my sons new profile. Clearly a bug.Pushing Feet Buttons
Default should be SQUARE left foot and X right foot regardless of stance. Whoever at EA is a goofy mongo skater needs to stop giving their input. Grab a board and reply to me why I should push the left button on my controller to push with my right foot when I’m a regular skater. Completely unnatural for a skater, please change the default for different stances instead of being lazy developers.Gameplay tweaks
The game is feeling great but I would love to see a few more things like: Clicking analog sticks to quickly get out of grinds instead of having to hold the sticks. This would allow quicker tricks out of grinds for a cleaner looking trick. (would also free up a button for future one footed grinds) Using the triggers to spin during grinds, again allows for cleaner looking tricks. Also makes it easier to spin without jumping out of ground by mistake Adding playback speed to marker tags. Allowing us to slow mo certain parts of a clip instead the whole thing. Overall, I can’t wait to see how the have progressesBlack screen of doom!
I was skating normally, last monday, when i fell through the map. I was able to continue to flick tricks but i wasn’t able to go back to my marker or fast travel to get unstuck so i restarted the game and ever since then i haven’t been able to play at all. It will load and go through all the loading screens and then a black screen will appear with no sound or vibrations. I did all the troubleshooting i could on my end and nothing has resolved this issue.
