Game stole my brother's San Van bucks

My brother is trying to get the final skin in page 10 in the skatepass he was short tix he had 135 total ticks and he had a total of 1150 san van bucks he had purchased 500 san van bucks and wanted to buy the first tix currency pack which was 1400 tix it said exchange 500 San van bucks for 1400 tix he clicked on that and the game took all his san van bucks and purchased the golden demon pack when he clearly clicked on the first tix currency pack just wondering how I can go about to get a refund for that
