Any chance in rolling back the changes made to our Skater's appearances?
Due to the latest update, my character now looks ill. I've tried tweaking a few things around hoping it was just some sort of option with the eyes and nose but clearly it was not. Sadly, it turns out to be an unfortunate texture change. Anyways, I am truly asking if we can please roll back these changes. It took me a decent amount of time to finally perfect a character that I felt real comfortable playing with and now I am just really bummed out and so demotivated to see how it can all be changed without my discretion. I am proposing a possible best-of-both-worlds solution, if I can. Maybe add an option within the graphics settings that would allow you to choose to render the game with the original classic textures or the latest textures, something like that would be really appreciated.Claim on seasonal tasks and nothing to Claim
I tried claiming it everyday, ea even updated the game and kept the claim proct. Aside from the updates that could remove the claim option. I had a notification to claim for around a month "annoying". Theres no notification anymore. Pretty sure we got cut short on our first season, and will be getting cut short on season2 to they added plants to the right bumper and not the left seems like a good form of dragging out content to me🤷🏻♂️Offline/career mode
Forced multiplayer shouldnt be a thing. All gamers should have the ability to play games online or offline at their own will, this is a fantastic game to just cruise around and skate in. But its empty. Yes I know youre in a lobby with up to 100 people, but from my experience (playing on ps5) its a lobby of up to 100 people skating and doing THEIR OWN thing. Now dont get me wrong I have had a few times where me and a random player have started messing around making a mini skate park and that was fun, but encounters like that are few and far between with the vast majority of players I come across just do their own thing. Ive even tried to send out party invites to try skating with other people and I get nothing back 🙃. I guess my point is that I dont fully see this game accommodating all types of players, from my perspective the game seems to be only focused on the online social aspect which when it comes down to an introvert like myself, I dont see the appeal. Having multiplayer isnt a bad thing, but there should be the option of "freeskate" the mmo aspect of the game as it stands now, and then there needs to be a career mode. I havent touched a single challenge or done any daily/weekly tasks in over a month. But with the addition of the new season I was loving the 2 "story missions" that were added, albeit short but it was nice and gave me a sense of what a proper career mode could be. Im dead certain I wasted my time typing all this out as I know this likely will never happen since game companies no longer care to listen to EVERY PLAYER. They tend to listen to the ones that agree with their visions. Thanks for joining my Ted talkFilm Grain/Chromatic Abberation On/Off for Xbox/Playstation
I'm noticing film grain and chromatic abberation effects on console (I'm on Xbox Series X) and I would like to have the ability to turn these effects off. Me and many other gamers don't like these effects and I personally turn them off in every single game I play. I know it's supposed to simulate a real camera, but to me it's just added visual noise and I want as much clarity as possible when I play a video game. Please add a On/Off toggle for film grain and chromatic abberation in graphics settings for Xbox and Playstation users.Bugs, bugs, and more bugs.
I'm starting to think the devs don't look at any feedback on this site because there are still glitches/bugs that have been persistent since launch. For example, the replay editor still stutters and freezes if you rewind or stay in it too long. How do you finally add a highly requested editing feature but not fix major bugs like that? Then the new character "improvements" make everyone's character look strung out. Some players are still crashing, friends are invisible, and it's almost impossible to make an edit with friends when they are finally visible because half the time the editor is broken and the players rubberband in the replay like they're playing on dial-up internet.Camera Settings No Longer Show Live View After Update
Regarding the camera settings menu. Before the update, the actual in-game environment was visible behind the settings screen, allowing me to clearly see how each adjustment changed the view. After the update, the environment no longer appears, and the differences caused by any adjustment cannot be seen at all. This is a total downgrade. I request that you restore the previous functionality, where all changes to the field of view could be confirmed within the same screen. I cannot understand why such a basic, essential feature was removed.
