Getting no progression towards districts levels

After the Season 3 update, I've encountered this weird bug all my district levels now say zero/zero and any challenge I complete I don't make any progress towards levelling up. This could be an error...

same issue had fully leveled up districts now it keeps saying 0 out of 0 xp for them
