Had troubles with skate playtest survey

I was selected to playtest skate. The mail had a link where it was supposed to send me to a survey where I had to put my console to have the code. Sadly, the page was blocked because of security reasons. I tried to open it with more than one device and for some days. When I finally opened it, nothing related to skate or the playtest appeared on the webpage. Could someone help me?
