Hateful conduct Policy

I just got off a weeklong ban and I’m pretty sure I know why but I’m also kind of unsure, my name on Xbox is GayPooEater1 and I think I got banned for that. Which I’m kind of confused by because my EA name is different and I didn’t talk to anybody at all so it seems like the only reason I could’ve gotten banned. So I think when I’m trying to get at is, am I just gonna keep getting banned because of my username and if so, can you guys do something about this cause I’m not paying five dollars to not get banned every time I wanna play an ea game and I already spent 25 bucks on your game.
