Hedgemond is locked

I did every challenge and every misson, and my Hedgemond map is locked on my screen where my level and hedgemond is supposed to be is just a lock and hedgemond. i deleted and installed the game 3 times and also made a completely new account, and after all the missons its again locked and Gullcrest Village was never unlocked/is not working to unlock, lot of my frieds didn’t do as much missons and challenges and ulocked both of them. 

Need help ASAP
