How to get my money back?

Still softlocked at first mission since day 1, now I can't play for the season pass. How do I get my money back?

At the start of the game I bought the skate.™ - Mocap Cosmetics and 2,800 San Van Bucks" on steam, only to later find out I can't get past the first mission. Owning the Spot, at first it wouldn't complete and i had to do it over and over again, couldn't do anything else when it came to missions. Now it tells me to head to the balcony and don't get a prompt to start the mission.

I just want my money back for this scam, which it now is for me since I can't play to get the season pass items. How do i do this can't do it through Steam it says I would get 0$ back.
