I cannot access the playtest

Hey, i havent played the testing/insider version for a long time and i had to create a new ea account and now i cant play skate. On my sony account i have Skate for PS4 and PS5 but i dont know how to transfer it over to my EA account so i can play it on my PC since i dont have a ps4 anymore.
