I signed up for playtest before deadline but still don't have access to the game

I've had two emails, one saying how to download the game on pc (I play on PS5) and the other basically saying hey come play the game before public early access release on September 16th (confirming that I definitely did sign up for playtests before the deadline) but I don't have a code or any way of accessing/downloading the game.

I don't know if it's only for PC players but I thought that playtests were open for console too. I'm just confused as to why I've received messages saying I should be playing the game early but I can't.

If anyone's having similar problems or has any advice I'd love to hear your solutions. Thanks for the help. :)
