I think it’s bugged

After the mission of going to the skate shop for the first time, I don't know what to do anymore. The game keeps telling me that I have a mission in progress but it doesn't give me any tips on what to do or anything, besides the missions tab is blocked. and i can’t enter the skate shop again.
