I'd like to see more customization options in the full release

I'd like to see tattoos and piercings in the full game. I think they'd be a good addition to help make characters feel more like you, or just add more variety to people you see about. Snake bites, septum piercings, ears (maybe even stretched ears), eyebrows etc.
