Ignored UI issue for PC users

If you navigate the in-game menu on pc with a mouse and you attempt to look at items in the store, there is no hold to confirm and any form of buy conformation, which in itself is an issue but the exit button is extremely close to that buy option which led to me accidentally clicking buy instead of exit, I made a report about it to EA support and the person helping me acknowledged it wasn’t wasn’t fair, the issue wasn’t my fault, and if it was up to them they would give me my San van bucks back but they needed to send it to the team who can do something about it, my case was eventually closed so I reopened the case, said the issue but also made it clear that I did not want to miss out on the adidas items that were dropping in the store and was told basically the same thing as before, then it was closed again with a description that said “These are cases with issues marked as resolved or unresolvable by you or an EA Advisor.”. I ended up completely missing out on the Adidas items, then Nike SB items.

At that time there was a reopen the case option so I did that, a couple more times after the same thing kept happening, and each time I went back I was told it was being made a higher and higher priority, until now both cases are closed, and there’s no option to reopen the case.

EA has been aware of this issue since originally reported before March 4th 2026, but to this day it’s still an issue regardless of being made aware.

I do not recommend buying anything in this game considering how EA will handle you losing the money you spent because of a preventable UI issue on their behalf and force you to jump through every hoop possible over months just to maybe get what you paid for back, they already have my money but I missed out on buying what I would have wanted during events.
