Really struggling to find right camera angle compared to original skate games Sound design very good!🙏🏻😎🤟 Just a suggestion, there is a place in Malaysia with lots of investment properties that failed due to Covid, it could be a great place to do a live action advert for the game as I'm sure its full of great skate spots, the architecture is similar 🤙🤟 https://youtu.be/Y6ZGkjdFAZs?si=kRarJNBSYBM7A_UW Microtransactions are a 😢 you should be able to earn gear in game from tricks Ai definitely childish, maybe think about offering a more mature narrative for mature skatershas this task bug happened to anyone else?
this has happened twice to me so far. the tasks will bug in a way where you dont finish them but you keep going over the tasks finish amount and when you reset the game the challenges you did in missions are done but the tasks reset and you cant do challenges again cause you already did them (weekly and daily). really frustrating when your trying to finish monthly goals and have to wait till the next week now cause you cant do them anymore .tix to SV bucks should be better
I have hundreds of hours in this game and i do like it, but i find myself grinding for tix and having nothing to spend them on. If I made this game, i'd make it possible, but hard, to pay for a season pass by smashing out every single challenge and committing to the grind. It feels like they also locked down a lot more stuff in S2, which is rude. Its really a shame
Im a skater. A real one. Broke my ACL and both meniscus. Still working my way with my body to be able to one day skate again. This game, in concept and when it runs well (60% of the time for me), really scratches an itch. Its better than not skating. Cant do that. But yeah. Id rather have the game be off for a week or sum. Have them fix ALL the **bleep**. And go from there. There is nothing worse than being excited to play a gain and it not starting with some bs error. Or while playing suddlenly it just...implodes. Its messed up. Im also a Product Manager, and this is kinda crazy that BIG errors are not fixed. Why cant I start the F game? Anyway...happy skating, everyoneIs there really enough content for 3 months?
I'm just realizing the next even doesn't start until February, there's 3 weeks of... Nothing? I'm wondering how you guys will manage that... As things are there's nothing but some special community parks and maybe some more events for the next month and a half. It seems like OTL's have started repeating, and if you've done all the tasks there's no real point in doing those. It just kind of feels like I've exhausted what's here 🤔. There's definitely more than season 1, but it feels like it's good enough content for 2 months not 3... I hope there's a bit more planned, as someone who largely plays casually it would be nice to have more to look forward to. For example, it would be cool if daily community parks also had daily challenges. That might keep things interesting. Or maybe brickswitch is soon? 😩Skate 4 Brickswich SLS Style Competition (100 players)

I’ve been a long-time Skate player and I truly appreciate the technical leap the new Skate has made. The gameplay systems, physics, and controls are excellent and clearly built with care. That said, I feel the game is missing a key element that defined previous Skate titles: a strong connection to the real skateboarding community. Earlier games featured real professional skaters who introduced challenges and progression, which added authenticity and emotional depth. In the current version, this community connection feels largely absent, which makes the experience feel less personal despite its technical quality. A potential solution would be to integrate real-world skateboarding moments into the game. For example, Chris Joslin’s recent 360 flip down the 20 stairs at El Toro could be adapted into a special challenge or event. This would help re-establish a meaningful link between the game and modern skate culture. There is significant potential in expanding this concept, and it would greatly enhance the identity and longevity of Skate.Finishing weekly challenges but not getting to claim
I finish the weekly, monthly, and special challenges but when I go to claim it, it won't let me. Either show blank spots or over counts. Like the 250 pt sequences. I have to do 20 but my counter is showing over 200. It won't let me claim it and this has happened so many times. I've lost who knows how many points and tiks because of this. It does this a lot with my party challenges too. Won't give me credit for them. On top of that my game has been freezing a lot doing party challenges. I've been playing since day one and it bothers me a lot to think of what I haven't earned because of these issues. I do love the game though. It's my go to game rn for sure.
