I'm sorry to hear you're having problems contacting EA Help regarding a refund request. 

Please try accessing this page (https://help.ea.com/en/articles/orders-and-rewards/refunds/), scroll to the bottom, and click Contact Us. Then answer the questions the chatbot asks, and you should be taken to this page, where you can scroll down and click Chat with us to connect with a live support agent.
