Improve Throwdowns

Throwdowns, you sometimes find cool spots on the map like a rooftop and think to yourself man this would be a cool spot for some PvP with randoms and then you try to put down few ramps and start a Throwdown, well except barely anyone joins and the area is way too small.

Some simple changes could fix this.  

• Throwdowns could give a reward. To entice players to join.
• Increase the visibility of Throwdowns, bigger map marker, notification for starting etc. 
• Double the size of the Throwdown area. 
• Allow customizing settings more, like longer waiting times or just the "host" starts when ready.
• Increase the max players.
• more placeables for Throwdowns. 

I feel this tool could be used for some fun PvP with randoms but its just way too lame at this stage.
