Improve Vert Skating

It's possible to get some speed but you end up having to push through it. There should be a more constant speed, rather than treating all the verts and pipes like ramps or typical inclines. With the given controls, your character either tries to ollie or manual if you're trying to finesse the mechanics and get constant motion.
