Has anyone else not received the Insider Rewards that you would get for your participation in the insider playtest and preview?

3 days later no insider rewards, i tested on PC tried ea launcher, steam and nothing playstation is what im playing on and got nothing? I have the ps pack ea play but nothing to show for my contribution?

See the picture below. I have completed all 4, but I only have credit for 3. I play on both XBOX, STEAM, and EA. Have tried logging in on all different platforms and still will not get credit.
