Is there an official, approved place for testers to discuss?

There's obviously a ton of posts on here from people who are playtesting, many of whom appear to be playing fast and loose with their NDAs. Just wondering if there is, or will be, a legitimate and approved forum or venue for discussing the game for those who are playtesting? I notice in some other posts, an EA community manager referred to "official playtest forums" and said "check your emails if you have further questions", but I haven't seen or heard of anyone else referring to or finding access to such a forum.
